Short term leases of 1 - 3 months are available starting at $1100 per month including utilities and furniture. Free wireless internet service is available in the lobby. If you are interested in a short term rental, please contact us to find out about availability. If we do not have a room available for your requested dates, please add your name to our waiting list. Once you have confirmed availability, please fill out our secure online
reservation form or use our printer friendly reservation form and fax it back to us at (410) 889-4158. A $200 refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by mailing a check to: The Baltimorean Apartments, ATTN: Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 or by credit card when you fill out our online reservation form. Please note that the deposit is refundable for cancellations, as long as the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
