Four large guest rooms are available for $90 per night, $450 per week or $1375 per month.  Each of these rooms include one full size bed and one twin size bed.  One small guest room, which includes two twin size beds, rents for $65 per night, $400 per week or $1250 per month.  All of the guest rooms include a full kitchen and bathroom, furniture, linens, dishes, iron/ironing board, microwave, cable television, telephone, internet and air conditioning.  A $60 refundable security deposit is required for stays 2 weeks or less; $200 for stays that are more than 2 weeks.  To reserve a guest room, please fill out the reservation form (/Documents/RESERVATIONFORM.pdf) and return it by fax (410-889-4158) or e-mail (baltapts@aol.com).  A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.  This can be paid by mailing a check to:  The Baltimorean Apartments, ATTN:  Leasing Office, 2905 N.
