We are no longer accepting cash or credit cards for rent payments. We accept (in U.S. dollars only):
Checks: Made payable to The Baltimorean Apartments (If you are mailing the check or using online bill pay, please address it to The Baltimorean Apartments, Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 and include your apartment number on the check). If you have never written a check before, please click here for instructions. If you are dropping off the check at the Leasing Office after the office closes, please use the mail slot on the office door.
Money Orders: Made payable to The Baltimorean Apartments (If you are mailing the money order, please address it to The Baltimorean Apartments, Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 and include your apartment number on the money order). Money orders are available at the U.S. Postal Service, 7-11 stores and banks. If you are dropping off the money order at the Leasing Office after the office closes, please use the mail slot on the office door.
Traveler's Checks: Made payable to The Baltimorean Apartments and must be signed twice on each check. Traveler's checks can only be accepted in the Leasing Office when the office is open.
Online Money Transfer: Xoom.com (Contact us first for our bank account information, then you must choose the Bank Deposit method of disbursement). Please make sure you add on any extra transactions fees to your payment.
Wire Transfers: $14 fee for international transfers; domestic transfers are free. Contact us for more information. | |
