The furniture is optional unless otherwise specified. Short term leases (1 - 3 months) include furniture (required), all utilities (gas, water, heat, electricity) and free wifi. Guest Rooms include all utilities (gas, water, heat, electricity - 6-12 month leases do not include electricity), air conditioning, cable television, telephone, secure internet connection, linens, dishes, microwave and furniture (required). An exercise room and coin-operated laundry room are located on the ground floor. Free wireless internet is available throughout the building.
Security Deposits - based on credit history (rate can be as high as two months rent)
Students: $300
Non-students: $600
Short term leases: $200 (1 - 3 month lease)

Parking - $85 per month (limited availability - one month minimum required)

After Hours Fee - $75 (evenings 5-10 pm/weekends 7 am - 10 pm) - To avoid this fee, lease must be signed and keys picked up during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm). For major holidays (including holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc. – check with management for a complete list of holidays), this fee will be increased to $150.
