The furniture is optional unless otherwise specified. Short term leases (1 - 3 months) include furniture (not optional) and all utilities (gas, water, heat, electricity). Guest Rooms include all utilities (gas, water, heat, electricity), air conditioning, cable television, telephone, internet, linens, dishes, microwave and furniture (not optional). An exercise room and coin-operated laundry room are located on the ground floor. Free wireless internet is available in the lobby.
Security Deposits - based on credit history (rate can be as high as two months rent)

After Hours Fee - $75 (for weekends & evenings only) To avoid this fee, lease must be signed and keys picked up during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). For major holidays (including holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, etc. – check with management for a complete list of holidays) and nights (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), this fee will be increased to $150.
