Long Term Rentals (more than 3 months)

Long term rentals of more than 3 months are available starting at $830 per month including gas, water, heat and furniture (optional). Free wireless internet is available throughout the building. We allow up to two people per apartment and we will provide two beds, if necessary, for roommates. A security deposit of $300 - $600 is required (this can be up to 2 month's rent depending on credit history). If you are interested in a long term rental, please contact us to find out about availability. If we do not have a room available for your requested dates, please add your name to our waiting list. Once you have confirmed availability, please fill out our secure online rental application or use our printer friendly rental application and return it by fax (410-889-4158) or e-mail (bobbi@baltapts.com). A $100 refundable deposit and a $25 (non-refundable) application fee is required to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by mailing a check to: The Baltimorean Apartments, ATTN: Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 or by credit card when you fill out the online rental application. Please note that the $100 deposit is refundable for cancellations, as long as the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. Please note: The Baltimorean Apartments is a smoke-free building and smoking is only permitted outside in the courtyard.
