Long term rentals of more than 3 months are available starting at $800 per month including gas, water, heat and furniture (optional). A security deposit of $300 - $600 is required (this can be up to 2 month's rent depending on credit history). If you are interested in a long term rental, please contact us to find out about availability. If we do not have a room available for your requested dates, please add your name to our waiting list. Once you have confirmed availability, please fill out our secure online rental application or use our printer friendly rental application and return it by fax (410-889-4158) or e-mail (bobbi@baltapts.com). A $100 refundable deposit and a $25 (non-refundable) application fee is required to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by mailing a check to: The Baltimorean Apartments, ATTN: Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 or by credit card when you fill out the online rental application. Please note that the $100 deposit is refundable for cancellations, as long as the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
