Guest Rooms

Five large guest rooms are available for $95 per night (3 night minimum stay), $525 per week or $1475 per month. Each of these rooms include one full size bed and one twin size bed or a full size futon. Our small guest rooms, which include two twin size beds, rent for $80 per night (3 night minimum stay), $475 per week or $1350 per month. We also offer a discount for 6-12 month leases - small guest rooms are $1175 per month; large guest rooms are $1300 per month. All of the guest rooms include a full kitchen and bathroom, furniture, linens, dishes, iron/ironing board, microwave, cable television, telephone, secure internet connection and air conditioning. If you are interested in a guest room, please contact us to find out about availability or check the availability calendars for each guest room by clicking the individual page for each room. If we do not have a room available for your requested dates, please add your name to our waiting list. Once you have confirmed availability, please fill out our secure online reservation form or use our printer friendly reservation form and fax it back to us at (410) 889-4158. A refundable deposit of $60 (for stays 2 weeks or less) or $200 (if it is more than 2 weeks) is required to confirm the reservation. This can be paid by mailing a check to: The Baltimorean Apartments, ATTN: Leasing Office, 2905 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218 or by credit card when you fill out our online reservation form. Please note that the deposit is refundable for cancellations, as long as the cancellation is more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. Please note: The Baltimorean Apartments is a smoke-free building and smoking is only permitted outside in the courtyard.
