Free wireless internet is available throughout the building. In the lobby, there is an antique piano for anyone who enjoys playing the piano. A limited number of vacuum cleaners, cots, dishes and other items are also available for tenants to borrow. We also have a limited number of microwaves, TVs, air conditioners, dishes, linens, etc. for sale or for rent. An exercise room,  which includes a treadmill, elliptical, multi-station weight machine, ab/back machine and exercise bike, is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. A coin-operated laundry room is located on the ground floor behind the lobby. The laundry room is  open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. A large garden is located in the center of the building in the courtyard with flowers blooming for approx imately 6 months per year (May-October). Benches are available for tenants.
