History

The Baltimorean Apartments was built in 1927, originally as a hotel called The Baltimorean Apartment Hotel. It was eventually converted to student housing when it was purchased by Johns Hopkins University. The building is now privately owned and managed and has been renovated, including the main lobby, kitchens and bathrooms.
